Delivery Information

We know how exciting it is to receive your new scent — that’s why we’ve made our delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s everything you need to know before getting in touch.

🚚 Order Processing Times

• We ship Monday to Friday
  Orders placed after 3PM Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

• If you ordered on a weekend, your parcel will leave our studio on Monday — the earliest it will arrive is Wednesday.

⏳ When Will I Receive My Tracking Info?

• Tracking details are sent automatically within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends).

• Please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.

📦 Already Got Your Tracking Number?

• If you’ve received tracking but haven’t seen movement yet, don’t worry —
  Royal Mail sometimes takes a day or two to update their system.

• Please allow at least 3 working days from dispatch before contacting us.
