We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• We understand that customers may test their fragrance before deciding to return it. You are welcome to roll the product on once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside our 30-day return window. Any such items will be returned to you.

• If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you prefer to return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.

• For any additional items (e.g., gift oils or sample vials), please ensure they are returned with the main item, where applicable.
